C. Customer Data (Processed on Behalf of Customers)
Aimyable processes data uploaded by customers to automate accounts payable workflows, including invoice data, vendor information, and payment records.
In these situations:
The customer acts as the Controller (or Business).
Aimyable acts as a Processor (or Service Provider).
Our processing obligations are governed by our Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
D. Usage Data and Analytics
We automatically collect certain information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies within the authenticated SaaS platform. Tracking within the SaaS environment is limited to essential and functional performance analytics.
E. Local System Interaction
The Aimyable Software operates as a local agent (Mini-RPA) within your controlled environment (workstation or virtual machine). The Software may access local file directories, browser sessions, ERP interfaces, and system clipboards solely to execute tasks you initiate.
Aimyable does not scrape or transmit local system data to our servers unless necessary to complete an invoice-processing task, interact with a designated ERP interface, or perform a workflow you have instructed the Software to execute.

- Provide, operate, and maintain our Software
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process invoices and automation workflows
- Respond to support requests
