Train Aimy
Initial On-boarding
Think of Aimy as any other new coworker. You’ll have initial conversations with her about how your process works and what business rules your company follows. She’ll also need for you to show her some invoices, so that she can learn where data is located and how to enter things correctly into your accounting system.
Aimy Starts Tasking
Invoice Entry and Coding
Aimy can extract information from invoices and input it into your accounting system(s), reducing the need for manual data entry. Aimy can apply codes to invoices based on the predefined rules you train her on, helping with consistency and accuracy.
Workflow Management
Aimy can route invoices through the proper approval channels based on your company’s policies, ensuring that necessary approvals are obtained promptly. Aimy can send notifications and reminders to approvers to review and approve invoices, reducing delays in the process.
Communications
Aimy is an AI digital coworkers that you can talk to via video, chat, or email. Aimy can also send emails or make phone calls as they are needed to complete the Accounts Payable tasks that you assign to her.
Continuous Learning
Training and Adaptability
Aimy can learn from past transactions and adapt to changes in processes or policies, continually improving her performance.
